Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 pears
12 square black chocolate
50 g softened salted butter
50 g brown sugar
50 g flour
50 g ground almonds
1 tbsp. cocoa
Juice of 1 lime
Preparation:
In a mixing bowl pour brown sugar, almonds, salted butter, flour and cocoa.
Mix until the dough is smooth and forms a ball.
Place it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Peel the pears and dice them into small squares.
Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Pour them into 6 heatproof glasses.
Grate the dough over pears using the large part of a cheese grater.
Press 2 squares chocolate in the center of every glass.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
